2. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products, colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

3. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Mother of Rave reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

4. ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorised or intended for resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or other shipping providers.

Mother of Rave is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processes or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

5A. PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, Mother of Rave may offer products for pre-order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not currently in stock and will be dispatched within the estimated timeframe specified on the product page.

All pre-order dispatch dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing delays, supplier delays, shipping disruptions or other circumstances outside of our control.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we reserve the right to ship all items together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated.

Payment for pre-order items is taken at the time the order is placed to secure your item.

Should there be any significant changes to the estimated dispatch timeframe, Mother of Rave will make reasonable efforts to notify customers via the email address provided at checkout.

Pre-order purchases remain subject to Australian Consumer Law and the Returns & Refunds Policy applicable at the time of purchase.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

7. FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, designs, photographs, text, branding and product imagery, is the property of Mother of Rave and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used without prior written permission from Mother of Rave.

9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mother of Rave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
